Dr Jackson is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I have been seeing her about 3 years and believe she is the best PCP I have ever been fortunate enough to have as my PCP. Her knowledge is such that she knows when to diagnose a problem and treat it and when to refer the problem to a specialist. That is a very comforting feeling. Her staff is friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr Jackson and her office.

I felt very comfortable in her office, she is very easy to talk with. Made sure I was ok with her checking everything out, and making sure all my blood work was done. Then return for results and discuss what I need to do.

This was my first visit and I feel like this doctor will become my go to. She was friendly, respectful, caring, and listened to me. I didn't feel awkward. The office personal and nurses made you feel comfortable. I would recommend giving this office a try.

I was unable to stay for my appointment. I waited an hour and there were still 4 people ahead of me. I never have had this experience. Usually very prompt so I had a job interview scheduled and could not miss it. I will be back, I believe in Dr. Jackson!

My main gripe with this office is that they NEVER return calls or even acknowledge them.
Other than that, I am pretty sure we'll stick with Dr Jackson.

She listens and really cares about her patients. You don't get shoved aside with A I'm. You talk to real people. She is down to earth. I want use anyone else.
