I took off work for this appointment, had to reschedule two of my own patients, and allowed 2 1/2 hrs for the drive across town each way, appointment time, and lunch. I waited 1 1/2 hours to be seen. I was beginning to be worried if I’d get out in time to see my next scheduled patient. It was stressful. Once I was seen, the appointment went very quickly and easily. Dr. Jackson and all of the staff are very kind and caring. I’d give 5 stars except for the excessive wait time.

They are the BEST. From Dr. Jackson to her entire staff. They are personal, friendly, and supportive. I travel internationally frequently and they are fantastic to work with me on medications and appointments ensuring I don't miss anything. You cannot find a better physician and supporting staff here in Granbury, Texas. So pleased they are here and I highly recommend them if you're searching for a new Dr. or practice.

Dr Jackson and the entire office staff are always going above & beyond in all they do! My husband and my daughter are also patients too. We have been extremely pleased with services since she opened her 1st office here in Granbury many, many years ago!
