Iv been going to see Dr Jackson for a few years. I highly recommend her and her team, she is attentive and really listens to your concerns. She provides excellent service and never makes you feel like just another patient.

Dr. Jackson has been our family physician for over 11 years. My husband, daughter, son and I have all been patients and we absolutely love Dr. Jackson and her staff. We consider them more than healthcare providers; they are family. We would absolutely recommend Lake Granbury and pediatrics to anyone.

Great personnel and Dr Jackson is knowledgeable in all fields. She is concerning when speaking to a patient and listens diligently to patients concern. So glad my friend recommended her to me. If you're looking for a long-term doctor and staff, give her office a call.

I am new to Granbury and was looking for a primary physician and Dr. Penelope Jackson was recommended to me. I was very happy with Dr. Jackson because she took time to learn about my medical history and gave me all the time I needed to speak with her.
Her staff (who I met) were Beth, Brandy and nurse BC. Each lady was friendly, efficient and very pleasant to deal with.
I highly recommend the office of Dr. Penelope Jackson.

I had an urgent problem that needed attention. I dropped by Dr. Jackson’s office thinking I would see the PA if she was available. Instead, Dr. Jackson made room for me right then. I appreciate her and her staff for how attentive they are to you and how they want to help you as much as they can. We are blessed to have them in Granbury!
