She listens. This shouldn’t have to be put on a review but so many doctors don’t listen to your needs, concerns. She is a different kind of doctor. Everyone should have a Dr. Penelope Jackson

She takes time with her patients . And listens to you to see what’s wrong and then tries to solve the problem. Not just give you medication for the symptoms.
